Grounded Sol Wellness

Grounded Sol Wellness is a multi-modal health business. It’s name points towards the absolute importance of sunlight exposure and doing our best to live according to the rhythms of nature. I currently offer whole-family homeopathy consultations, health consultations, and very soon will offer breastfeeding support (both in-person in the greater Sacramento area and virtual). My approach to health consulting centers in circadian biology and quantum science.  Breastfeeding and postpartum support centers in open-posture movement utilizing bowspring foundations. I am transitioning out of work as a registered nurse.
