Rather than fighting or resisting, Andrew learned how equity functions through honor, accountability, and fair dealing. By applying its maxims and asking precise questions instead of making defensive claims, he resolved major legal challenges, including the dismissal of felony charges and seven-figure IRS liens—all without traditional representation.
Andrew explains how early confrontational tactics rooted in “common law patriot movements” often backfire, leading him to seek solutions grounded in equity and personal responsibility.
He outlines equity’s role as “justice by fair dealing,” where the outcome depends on one’s conduct and questions rather than aggressive arguments.
Andrew shares real examples—three felonies dismissed and IRS liens resolved—showing how equity principles can produce lawful outcomes within modern courts.
They discuss how birth certificates, contracts, and signatures operate in the commercial system, and how awareness of consent changes one’s standing.

Andrew William Macdonald is a former firefighter and paramedic with a degree in Fire Science and ongoing training as a Doctor of Natural Medicine. Based in Colorado, he is a husband, father, and grandfather whose personal experience with legal and financial challenges led him to study natural law and equity.
Today, Andrew teaches others how to navigate commerce and law through clarity, peace, and honor. His program, Freedom With Equity, helps individuals regain lawful standing and resolve disputes without confrontation.
