Program Terms & Conditions

By registering as an authorized affiliate of The Way Forward Partnership (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling and promoting The Way Forward as an Affiliate.

Your participation in the program is intended solely for the legal promotion of our website and offerings, and to earn commissions on qualifying memberships purchased by individuals you refer through your personal link or promotional efforts.

The Way Forward Affiliate Program allows eligible individuals (“Affiliates”) to earn a commission by referring new members to our private membership organization using unique referral links or promotional codes.

By signing up for the Program, you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and its terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Participation in the Affiliate Program is subject to approval by The Way Forward Partnership. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for any reason, and our decision is final. You must be at least 18 years old and in good standing with our organization to be eligible.
Commission Structure: Affiliates currently earn a 20% commission on all new Annual Gold and Annual Platinum memberships purchased through their unique referral link or code.

Commission is calculated based on the net membership fee paid by the referred member, excluding any applicable taxes, discounts, or processing fees. Commission rates are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of The Way Forward Partnership, with or without prior notice.
Commission Payments: Commissions are typically paid on a monthly basis, provided that the affiliate has met the minimum payout threshold and that referred memberships remain active beyond any applicable refund or cancellation periods. Payment methods, thresholds, and schedules are determined solely by The Way Forward Partnership and may be updated from time to time.
No Commission on Invalid or Returned Sales: No commission will be paid to the Affiliate for any sales or leads that are determined to be invalid, fraudulent, or do not result in a completed, legitimate transaction. This includes, but is not limited to, transactions that are subsequently canceled, returned by the customer for a refund, or result in a chargeback.
Prohibited Activities:
Affiliates agree not to:
- Use false or misleading claims in promoting The Way Forward Partnership;
- Engage in spamming, unsolicited emails, or other intrusive or illegal marketing practices;
- Misrepresent your relationship with The Way Forward Partnership;
- Use your affiliate link for self-referrals or fraudulent signups;
- Violate any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
Violations may result in termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
FTC Compliance: Affiliates must comply with all applicable guidelines and regulations issued by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), including but not limited to the requirement to disclose the nature of your relationship with The Way Forward Partnership in any promotional content. All disclosures must be clear and conspicuous, and must appear near any affiliate links or endorsements, in accordance with FTC standards.
Failure to comply with FTC guidelines may result in immediate termination from the Affiliate Program and forfeiture of earned commissions.
Non-Disparagement: As a condition of participation, Affiliates agree not to make any false, misleading, or disparaging remarks, comments, or statements—whether oral or written—about The Way Forward Partnership, its members, staff, services, mission, or operations. This clause survives termination of your participation in the Affiliate Program.
Intellectual Property: Affiliates may use only approved marketing materials provided or authorized by The Way Forward Partnership. All trademarks, logos, and content remain the intellectual property of The Way Forward Partnership and may not be altered or misused.
Relationship of Parties: Nothing in these terms shall be construed to create any agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the Affiliate and The Way Forward Partnership. Affiliates operate as independent contractors and are solely responsible for all taxes and obligations associated with any commissions earned.
Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, you will forfeit access to your affiliate account and any unpaid commissions that were obtained through breach of these terms.
Limitation of Liability: The Way Forward Partnership shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Affiliate Program. We make no guarantees regarding the amount of income you may earn and are not responsible for technical failures or disruptions that may impact referral tracking or payments.
Changes to Terms: We may update or modify these Affiliate Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
