Ben Figueiredo - Esoteric Alkhemy

My name is Ben Figueiredo. I guide seekers through the deep process of inner alchemy — the transmutation of pain, shame, and self-doubt into self-love, self-trust, and wholeness. Through shadow work, energy healing, Human Design, The Gene Keys, and other esoteric tools, I help you reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve long rejected. This is not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve always been.

At its core, my work is about alchemy — transmuting lead into Gold. Turning emotional density into lightness, shame into self-acceptance, trauma into self-empowerment. It’s about walking into the cave you fear most, only to find the treasure you were always seeking. We don’t bypass the pain — we meet it. We work with the shadows, not against them, because what we resist persists. When we embrace and allow what we’ve feared or judged in ourselves, we transmute it. That’s real healing. That’s true freedom. That’s authentic love.

This is deep shadow work. It can be scary and confronting, but it’s also liberating, sacred. It’s the dismantling of illusions — the identities we’ve clung to, the beliefs that keep us small, the cycles of self-sabotage rooted in unworthiness. We move from self-hate to self-love, from mistrust to inner knowing. That’s the journey and it starts by asking: What part of myself have I been too afraid to love? What belief keeps me from trusting myself? This process is about peeling back those layers, one by one, until you can finally see who you really are.

Ultimately, Esoteric Alkhemy is a container for those ready to do the deep work — the real inner work. Right now, that looks like one-on-one sessions, energy healing, shadow coaching, and Human Design readings. In the future, it’ll expand into plant medicine journeys and transformational group experiences. But no matter the method, the core remains the same: I’m here to be a guide — not to your enlightenment, but back to your wholeness. Back to the truth that you’ve always been complete.
