Born Free Family

Born Free Family was birthed with the intention of supporting freedom-minded women in their journey to joyful mothering. My mission is to help women feel amazing during pregnancy, have the birth of their dreams, and enjoy their mothering experience.

During my career in nursing and midwifery, I became concerned by the substantial lack of support for women. I was turned off by the cold and clinical approach to health and wellness. I noticed that the medical world was not healing people – it was just making them sicker and sicker.

In the medical system, pregnancy is treated like an illness instead of a normal healthy function that our bodies are designed for. Healthy women and babies are treated like patients. The natural birth process is sabotaged every step of the way!

It doesn’t have to be like this! You can claim a conscious and fulfilling entrance into motherhood! Every woman has the power to assert her rights over her body and birth(and raise) her babies exactly how she wants.

I respect women’s autonomy and authority over their bodies. We all have different needs and I am here to support women in whatever capacity they want me to. I love witnessing women step into their power while claiming the birth of their dreams.
