About Cycles in Harmony

Cycles in Harmony is a women-led, integrative nutrition and mind-body practice serving women in their 30s–60s. We blend evidence-based nutrition with herbal, Ayurvedic, and Chinese-medicine insights—and dedicate a full half of our work to nervous system regulation through hypnotherapy, trauma-informed counseling, and somatic tools. When the body feels calm and safe, hormones, sleep, cravings, and digestion respond more readily.

Care is personalized and root-cause focused. We assess symptoms, lifestyle, and goals, then align food, light/sleep, stress, movement, and environment to each client’s natural rhythm. Alongside blood-sugar balance, gut support, and non-toxic living, nervous-system practices help unwind chronic stress patterns, improve resilience, and make change feel sustainable.

We also prioritize community and connection as part of healing. Clients can join small-group coaching circles, gentle accountability check-ins, and shared learning so progress continues between visits.

Sessions are compassionate and practical; you’ll leave with clear “do this next” steps and simple ways to track progress (symptoms, cycle, and labs when available).

We offer telehealth and serve clients locally in the Seattle area and across the U.S.

Nervous-system first: Hypnotherapy, trauma-informed counseling, breath/visualization, and somatic tools to calm the HPA axis so nutrition changes “stick.”

Cycle-aligned care: Time nutrition, sleep, movement, and recovery with hormonal rhythm for fewer symptoms and better consistency.

Community & connection: Optional small-group circles, shared check-ins, and kind accountability.

Blood-sugar basics done right: Meal structure, protein targets, fiber, and timing to curb spikes and steady energy/mood.

Gut & gentle detox: Microbiome support and low-burden detox strategies to metabolize hormones and daily exposures.

Circadian foundations: Light exposure, meal timing, and sleep to restore cortisol rhythm.

Natural & non-toxic lens: Practical swaps for water, cookware, personal care, and home to lower endocrine-disruptor load.

Deeply integrative training: Master’s-level nutrition plus herbalism, Ayurveda, Chinese medicine, hypnotherapy, and massage—woven into clear, science-informed plans. Personalized + doable: Clear weekly actions, simple tracking, and coaching that meets you where you are—no extremes, no shame.

Seattle-based, telehealth available: Virtual convenience with local PNW resources when needed.
