I offer a 1×1 Holistic Coaching container to journey side by side with on your path. This 3 month Season of Support is uniquely crafted to assist and guide you in healing and living in alignment with your intentions. I teach intentional self care practices, EFT, grounding, energy hygiene practices, land honoring and connection practices and rituals, dissolution of limiting beliefs and reframing mental focus back to your truth and many more nourishing practices. Authentic Energy Alignments are offered throughout the Season of Support along with audio and text messaging support between our weekly sessions.
