I’m a trauma-informed counsellor, functional nutritionist, energy worker, and intuitive guide. My work blends science and soul, weaving together somatic healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS Informed), Somatic Therapy, EMDR, Epigenetics, and Spiritual Guidance/Transpersonal Therapy to support deep transformation.
