INTEGRA CPD – Integral-Relational Body Psychotherapy, Supervision & Training

Originally trained as a psychotherapist in the early 1980’s, I have practiced, supervised and taught in the counselling and psychotherapy field for more than four decades now. During that time I have worked with hundreds of people, from all walks of life, helping them transform their suffering and habitual patterns, supporting them in expanding their sense of self and identity and manifesting more of their unique potential.

By bringing a unique combination and integration of holistic and depth-psychological approaches to our therapeutic relationship, we are investing in and fostering a process of inner integration and an emerging sense of wholeness, which underpins a vital, joyful and fulfilling engagement in your inner and outer life. The purpose of this therapy is to help us live life as fully as we can, and to experience and manifest our interconnectedness with all aspects of our world in all our relationships.

Over the years, the bulk of my practice with individuals has been offering medium- to long-term therapy. Since the late 1990s I have also been offering couple therapy. Since 1986 I have been working as a supervisor and teacher of counselling and psychotherapy, which has brought me into close contact with a wide variety of therapists, affording me a deep and comprehensive view and understanding of the therapeutic field and its limitations, as well as what it has to offer, and how it is maturing and developing.
