Mellow Elements

Welcome to Mellow Elements, a practice dedicated to gentle support and empowerment. My focus is preventative well-being, health maintenance and promoting comfort at the end-of-life. I offer Reiki support, wellness coaching, end-of-life doula care, sustainability education & support, as well as Usui Reiki Healing System training and chakra education workshops.

I have been an Usui Reiki Practitioner since 2013, and practicing as a third degree practitioner since 2017. I have studied life coaching, herbal medicine, shamanic journeying, metaphysics and continue to seek ongoing knowledge each day. I am deeply passionate about holistic, natural healing modalities, and have a strong enthusiasm towards biology, as well as communing with the natural world. I obtained a registered nurse license in 2010, and currently am honored to serve as a hospice nurse.
