Mind Body Massage

At Mind Body Massage, I facilitate the healing process by teaching in a way that informs and ensures that the client knows or is aware of all the treatment options, therapies and cures for his or her disease or health condition, so the client has an opportunity to make the best informed choices to improve health and wellness. Although I may not have the expertise in every health, medical or social sciences, the client and I will work as a team to be resourceful in finding relevant experts and information for a thriving client outcome. I will assist in holding the client accountable for whatever his or her desired behavioral change. I will provide scholarly and scientific researched information on the disease and/or health condition that the client or patient has. This is the Coaching service.​

At Mind Body Massage, I facilitate the healing process by providing massage treatments to clients. I also confer with clients about their medical histories and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine whether massage would be helpful.
