Nettle + Honey - Ayurvedic Doula

Nettle + Honey offers Ayurvedic birth and postpartum care designed to deeply nourish and restore the body through pregnancy, birth, and beyond. Through Abhyanga oil massage, warming, nutrient-dense meals, craniosacral therapy, birth processing, yoga, and holistic nutrition, I provide a sanctuary of support for mothers as they navigate this sacred transition. Because when a baby is born, so is a mother—and she, too, must be tended to with the same reverence, warmth, and care.

I also host regular retreats + trainings including an annual Women’s Yoga retreat in San Pancho Mexico, and yearly birth + postpartum doula trainings.
