– Light-Language Healing & Activation: Multidimensional language innately known by all on a soul level. Organic light-codes: A channeled form of divine communication. It is encoded vibrations & frequencies of Light. These frequencies by-pass the ego-mind (illusion) and work directly with your organic soul, cellular blueprint & DNA.
– Fit Beyond Body: A remote 12-week inner and outer transformation journey, where my personal trainer & energy healer hats get to co-exist. Weekly Body Code sessions to transform within, paired with 3x weekly functional workouts (with an emphasis on mobility, strength and functional movements)
