I’m a licensed psychotherapist and certified health coach with 30 years of experience facilitating healing and growth.  I don’t use a conventional medical model, nor cookie cutter methods.  I create an individualized process for each client to meet them where they are and help them go where they need to, transmuting pain into greater wholeness, authenticity, depth and wisdom.

In this time of great upheaval and this war between good and evil, I help people do the inner work that’s required for them to survive and thrive.

I offer both in-person and Zoom sessions.
