I highly value building connections and community wherever I can. My grandmother taught me only together can we create lasting change and contribute to a more harmonious world. I believe this whole heartedly. My mission is to provide education, alchemical containers, and safe spaces. To help others connect to themselves and to the Earth. My offerings include: Bio-field tuning, Sound Baths, breath work,1:1 Sound Bath and energy work sessions, private events, ceremonies, classes/courses, retreats,1-3 month coaching containers, council sessions for businesses, relationshIps, groups, or children, and speaking engaments.
