Sovereign Birth Coaching and Education

Birth education covers the basics of preparing for birth and postpartum in one to a few sessions. Birth coaching occurs throughout your entire pregnancy and covers topics of wild pregnancy, preparing for a sovereign birth, postpartum, new baby, and elements of conscious living in a holistic approach to pregnancy and motherhood. Content is tailored to women planning a sovereign birth, but can be applied to any birth plan.

Birth story sharing and integration sessions are an opportunity to speak your previous birth experiences out loud and be witnessed in loving presence. These sessions are ideal if you feel like you need to share your experience, are left with questions or confusion regarding your previous birth, or are struggling with birth related trauma.

1:1 sessions are available in person in the LA South Bay / Beach City region, or online no matter where you are!
