This experience is designed to activate clarity, achieve inner balance, and facilitate powerful healing by co-creating a sacred container for the deep, transformative power of Soma+IQ Breathwork.

Throughout the replay, Stephen provides immersive music and guided cueing to help you move through the breathwork safely and effectively from your own space.

How to Prepare for Your Recorded Journey:
Dedicate Undisturbed Time: Set aside the full 90 minutes. Ensure you are in a private space where you feel safe to freely express emotion or sound.

Setup your Space: Prepare a comfortable place to lie down such as a yoga mat, bed, or couch. Have a blanket, water, and an eye mask within easy reach.

Comfort & Clothing: Wear non-restrictive clothing. For the best experience, try to avoid eating 1 to 2 hours prior to starting the video.

Minimize Distractions: Silence your laptop notifications and place your phone on airplane mode to stay fully present in the journey.

Hydration: Stay well-hydrated throughout the day after completing this session.
