When you can’t find the track

    Hi!!

I had a session with Freya Kellet, and it was an amazing deep dive into my lower back pain. I have a self-devaluation conflict that may be related to perceiving myself as selfish. I’ve not experienced a resolve by having any a-ha moments about this conflict, and part of the trouble is that I don’t remember exactly what happened when the pain started or what conflict I may have resolved. My pain comes and goes, but it is mostly chronic and I mostly feel it daily. I don’t know what track I am stepping on. Freya encouraged me to keep a pain journal and note what I’m thinking about before the pain begins. So far no significant pattern is emerging. Anyone have any experience with pin-pointing tracks?

    Hi Bailey,

I facilitate inner work, and among other things, I help people who have discovered the GNM finding the root cause for biological/emotional conflicts. I also help processing the feelings/memories that may come up, and changing the potentially limiting beliefs that got coupled. Depending on how deep things are, and what your nervous system can handle, it can be a process or a one time thing. Open for a chat if you’re interested.

Hey Leila! Can you say more about what you mean by “finding the root of the biological/emotional conflicts”?

In GNM, lower back pain is associated with a self-devaluation conflict.

        Hi Bailey,

Yes, so if there is a self-devaluation conflict, the way I work, is I help people find when that conflict started. That’s what I call the root cause. Sometimes we have to address the subconscious and the somatic intelligence of the person if they don’t consciously remember. And then I help people process their feelings and thoughts around what happened. Sometimes there is trauma to be processed, sometimes multiple ones, sometimes I see complex trauma. If the original self devaluation conflict resulted in many re-enactments, sometimes people need to process those as well. It’s different for everyone. It all depends on your current nervous system capacity, mindset, situation etc. The goal is to get to a place where you feel confident that the same conflict(s) won’t happen again, then your body feels safe again and can complete the healing stage. You then no longer feel victimized by what happened. I also have ways to help people change certain limiting beliefs that might have led to or resulted from the self devaluation conflicts. Some people can shift that on their own, easily, others benefit from some deeper inner work. I’ve been doing this work since 2010 and started to see how it impacted people’s physical health in a positive way. Years later I learned about the GNM and realized the correlation between this inner work and physical health. Does that answer your question?
        With care,
        Leila

Totally!! How many sessions does your process typically take? I have done a lot of therapeutic work (several years of talk therapy as well as brainspotting, EFT, EMDR) so I’m not starting from square one at diving into my unconscious. I’m interested, but on a tight budget. How can we get in touch to discuss further?

    Hi Bailey,
How many sessions depends on a number of factors.. like nervous system capacity, emotional regulation, how deep it goes, if we meet resistance, what it takes to work through the resistance, etc. Often the root cause can be found in the first session, and then we can see what it might take to integrate things. If there aren’t too many complex trauma related obstacles on the way and you’re already used to doing inner work in other formats, then there’s a real chance we might be able to complete the process in 2-3 sessions. If that doesn’t do it, then at least you’ll know what you’re working towards and you can process things out on your own if you can. I may be able to give you some suggestions on how to do that if you run out of budget. I have a special discount for The Way Forward members. This is the link to book online. https://bookeo.com/prachtwerk/?promotion=THEWAYFORWARD After booking, you’ll get an email confirmation with Zoom info. If you need any assistance with the booking, just let me know. Here on in a private message.
