Hello friends,
If you’ve listened to our podcast for a while, you’ve no doubt heard Alec speak quite a bit about water. Most of you know of the contaminants in public drinking water and the importance of drinking good, pure water. But there is a lot more to this amazing molecule than meets the eye.
Foundational to this discussion is the work of Dr. Gerald Pollack, who will be our guest on this week's podcast episode. Dr. Pollack is famous for discovering what he calls the fourth phase of water, or EZ (Exclusion Zone) water. He discovered that the water contained within our tissues and cells is very different from any of the previously accepted three forms of water: liquid, solid, and gas. This EZ water is a crystalline, gel-like substance commonly called structured water. It's structure gives it the uncanny ability to store energy and information much like the crystal used in computer microchips and processors. The amount of potential information stored in EZ water boggles the mind.
This takes us to the work of Dr. Masaru Emoto (Emoto documentary) and Veda Austin (Alec interviews Veda). Both have shown how water can not only store information, but how it can also interpret it and communicate it back to us. Veda’s work especially seems to show that water does, in fact, have consciousness. Dr. Tom Cowan and others believe the water contained in our bodies is where memories are stored, not via some synaptic electrical phenomenon in the brain. I assume many of you have seen Alec’s interviews with Veda but for those of you who haven’t, your mind will be blown.
It seems that water records everything that happens or ever has happened around us: facts and data, frequencies, memories, emotions, traumas, dreams. It's storage capacity is seemingly unlimited.
The more we learn, the more it seems there is likely an infinite amount of information about the human organism we do not understand. It is surely one of the great mysteries that has baffled man for time immemorial. In our hubris, we often seem to forget this fact. There are clues, however, in the wisdom of water.
So, be mindful of the water you drink. But also be mindful of the energies, frequencies, and emotions you surround yourself with. Everything has a resonance and water records it all.
Have a great week!
